**Funções**:

- Contribuir para prototipagem rápida, construção e implantação de análises de nível de produção e modelos para monitorar conjuntos de dados críticos e infraestrutura de engenharia em streaming e batch
- Trabalhar para adotar métodos de diversas disciplinas como machine learning, deep learning, inteligência artificial, modelagem estatística, teoria da informação, recuperação de informações e outras áreas para obter insights de dados, tirar conclusões e trabalhar com engenharia/desenvolvedores para colocar esses insights em ação
- Trabalhar para adotar diferentes abordagens de modelagem para casos de uso de negócios exclusivos, permitindo a capacidade de obter insights rapidamente, tirar conclusões e trabalhar com parceiros de engenharia para colocar esses insights em ação
- Compreender a infraestrutura de engenharia e os processos de negócios que alimentam sistemas críticos para medir o impacto do desempenho do produto
- Criar e gerenciar os principais pontos de dados de insight e integridade de engenharia, fornecendo inteligência sobre a integridade do produto e da plataforma, degradação voltada para o cliente, problemas de aplicação e relatórios de medição para investimentos específicos

**Conjunto de habilidades**:
**Cientista de Dados / ML SWE**:

- **2-3+ anos** de Python, Spark, Pyspark, SQL
- Alta familiaridade com plataformas de dados e aplicações como Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake
- Base sólida em aprendizado de máquina, estatísticas aplicadas e/ou experimentação
- Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados como matplotllib, plotly, tableau etc.
- Experiência com linguagens estatísticas e de programação de dados, incluindo Python / R / SQL
- Experiência com conjuntos de dados médios a grandes (?1 M rows)
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação para públicos técnicos e não técnicos limitados

**Para a parte ML Experience (Nice to Have)**:

- Experiência aplicada de frameworks como PyTorch, Keras, Tensorflow, etc
- Confortável operando em um ambiente SDLC e implantando modelos de engenharia de produção e código
