**Business Intelligence Specialist**

**Missão**

Integrado na área de Customer Experience da estrutura da Unidade Comercial, terá como principal responsabilidade gerir e otimizar a ferramenta de Contact Center da Galp (CTI Cloud - Go Contact), maximizando o cumprimento dos objetivos e níveis de serviço, de modo a oferecer uma experiência de relacionamento completa ao Cliente da Galp, promovendo a excelência do atendimento, a transformação e a inovação na relação com o Cliente — Pivot entre o negócio e os implementadores.

**Responsabilidades**
- Estabelecer dados e informações da área de S&CCC, que permitam o controlo dos vários indicadores e KPIs, bem como atividades de reporte com todos os programas estratégicos e de transformação da área;
- Fornecer dados e ideias acionáveis que permitam tomadas de decisão imediata nos vários níveis de gestão;
- Garantir a manutenção de bases de dados e o desenvolvimento de relatórios de informação;
- Conhecer as fontes de informação fundamentais para garantir a entrega de relatórios de business intelligence, de solicitações de suporte e de análises oportunas para as diferentes áreas de negócio;
- Realizar pesquisas e análises ad-hoc para apoiar iniciativas globais de negócio e projetos de reporte;
- Garantir a integração de dados de múltiplas fontes, disponibilizando-os de forma atempada e estruturada, fornecendo à organização informações atualizadas e confiáveis.
- Compreender a abordagem ágil, alavancando e promovendo as melhores práticas e implementando/documentando processos repetíveis para business Intelligence.
- Gerir e otimizar a ferramenta de Contact Center da Galp (CTI Cloud), maximizando o cumprimento dos objetivos e níveis de serviço, de modo a oferecer uma experiência de relacionamento completa ao Cliente da Galp, promovendo a excelência do atendimento, a transformação e a inovação na relação com o Cliente.

**Pretendemos**
- Licenciatura/Mestrado em Gestão/Economia/Engenharia/Estatística;
- Capacidade analítica, capaz de obter insights e trabalhar grandes quantidades de dados;
- Orientação para resultados, compromisso e capacidade de decisão;
- Capacidade de trabalho sob pressão;
- Atitude proativa e capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Capacidade de apresentação e de articular e transmitir ideias e pensamentos de maneira simples e eficaz;
- Fluência em inglês e valorizado o domínio de espanhol.
