**Reporting to**:Director Operations Rio Maior Cluster

**Role Purpose**:

- Organize, optimize the maintenance activities (Buildings, machines, equipment, mobile equipment), mechanically and electrically, in the site within the agreed cost budget in order to achieve the service level and the efficiency required.
- All this to be done in a sustainable (using planned/preventive maintenance) and safe way according to the organization's policy, guidelines and Sibelco values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and suggest investment in production facilities and execute repair and construction works including schedule, method, construction and safety management.
- Manage and oversee the entire production facilities in plant including equipment replacement cycle, improvement, maintenance and construction work
- Support HSE activities by planning and implementing activities to improve defects of facilities and equipment.
- Supervise and train the maintenance manpower and build up the emergency response system as countermeasures against unexpected failure.
- Establish emergency measures in order to ensure compliance with statutory requirements regarding the control of electrical, pneumatic, coolant, etc.

- FMEA
- SMED
- Lead the development of the equipment maintenance strategy in line with plant criticality analysis in the maintenance handbook. This includes,
- Lead the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance on the site based on site equipment criticality analysis
- Lead the implementation of conditioning monitoring on the site based on equipment critically analysis
- Lead the review of critical spares requirement on your site, based on equipment criticality, supply availability, reliability requirements and site budgets.

**About you**:

- Educational background above graduation from junior college majoring mechanical, electrical engineering or any related fields.
- Certified electrical engineer
- 2+ years of experience for managing maintenance works of manufacturing facilities in plant
- Verbal and written communication skill in English preferred
- Effective leadership in change management and team building techniques
