**Your contribution to something big**:

- Lead an interdisciplinary team of Software and Hardware developpers in an international agile enviroment. The teams are responsible for the development of electronics and software for HVAC electrification systems;
- Support attracting and developing the competencies of the team and focus in active employee coaching (professional and personal development);
- Support the self-organization that leads to team formation, making personnel changes where necessary;
- Understand agile practices, methods and mindset and ensure the implementation of scrum in your team. Align the way of working of your teams with the rest of agile teams in TT electronic development;
- Ensure that the team performance and results get measured and transparent to the team and all stakeholders by implementing and monitoring common metrics and KPI;
- Manage impediments by continuously identifying them and ensuring that they are tracked, being removed or escalated;
- Evaluate team performance, providing input, guidance, and corrective actions as well as defining and administering compensation, benefits, and promotions;
- Support the development of a new complex software architecture and software components for our future HVAC systems;
- Develop embedded software for HVAC control units and HMIs based on internal and external requirements and work with internal and external developers, suppliers, and customers;
- Support the inter-disciplinary teams to continuously improve the development processes and methods for continuous delivery and take over a technical leadership role;
- Act as a consultant and support to the team in Software, Firmware and Hardware development topics;
- Help the Business Area to develop an agile organization with flat hierarchies.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- MSc or Ph.D. in Electronics, Informatics or Computer Science;
- Good analytical and conceptional skills, complemented by solid communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills;
- Experience in agile and classical software development methods;
- Knowledge in social coding, modern development tools (JIRA, GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins);
- Experience in embedded C and C++ programming;
- Leadership skills.
