**About the job**
- OPC department is under the management of BNPP Portugal COO (Chief Operating officer), and with a functional responsibility towards the Head of BNPP Portugal Branch (Domestic and EMEA Coverage teams). This position reports directly to the Head of OPC & CIB GDPR

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Contribute to projects within perimeter and associated procedures and SOP updates
- Collect/ treat/consolidate data and information linked to the activities
- Contribute to the organization set-up and support governance formalization
- Actively contribute to the team’s activities and dynamics with positive attitude

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Management, Economics, or related field
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Client Focused mindset
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to collaborate
- Ability to synthetize

**About the Team**
- The Operational Permanent Control Department is a key component for the management of operational risks. It is is an independent control function within the business (1st line of defense)
- The OPC operates and/or coordinates the Control framework relating to all operational risks, including Fraud, Third Party, Conduct, Regulatory, Information & Communication Technology risks, Financial Security, and others risks types, limited to what is defined under the Target Operating Models (TOM) in place
