**RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS**
- As a Supply Chain Performance lead, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations and driving informed decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance across the supply chain.**Main Tasks**:

- Analyze supply chain data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design specifications for supply chain metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Data Team to develop and create BI reports and Dashboards.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within the supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, operations, and finance, to gather data and understand business requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity in the supply chain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement supply chain improvement initiatives, including process optimization, cost reduction, and inventory management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making and support strategic planning.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management to propose innovative solutions.
- Support the implementation and adoption of supply chain management systems and tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.
- Pivotal role, he coordinates the performance with regional SC managers (Brazil, Guyana, Angola, Portugal).
- Synthetize analysis outcomes into key business insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Guarantee that the rules defined by Group Supply Chain are applied to reports.
- In the context of transformation, update, manage all the corporate standards.
- Report Deviations vs Target and obtain recovery/mitigation plans.
- Play an active role in helping the SC Managers to meet the targets.
- Support in deployment and implementation through audits, best practices exchange
- Act as the Project Leader for Operations (Deployment, enhancement, and training) for performance monitoring initiatives

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**_Specific skills / expertise / product: _**
- School/studies/degree:
- A master’s degree in finance/ Economics/ Engineering/ Sourcing Management / Data Management - or equivalent professional experience
- Experience:
- Business Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role within the supply chain domain.
- Data business analytics
- Business / Corporate
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Specific skills / expertise / product:
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, MIRO, Power BI) to design reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Familiar with purchasing process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel internationally.
