Bps Coordinator

develop, execute and sustain the Lean Improvement Plan according to the

Continuous Improvement Process principles
- explain and train to internal Bosch Production System (BPS) principles and

proper use of methods and tools across the company
- develop, define, publish and update BPS plant standards
- moderation of workshops related to improvement activities
- support to Value Streams units: KPI targets definition according to Business

Requirements and agreed by plant management
- facilitate and manage BPS activities
- ensure on-time completion and report results
- support the good work environment, continuous learning and improvement
- implement communication tools to foster the lean environment and improve

a lean culture

**Qualifications**:

- minimum, a bachelor degree in a field of Industrial Engineering
- 3 years of experience in similar position and/or in operational business

(production, logistics, planning, etc.)
- knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Logistics methods
- experience of participating in Lean improvement projects
- experience in Lean methods related with production and logistic (5S, SMED,

line balancing, standardized work, problem solving, Kanban, Heijunka,
supermarket, VSM, VSD)
- strong customer orientation
- ability to effectively manage multiple projects, to prioritize work tasks and

maintain focus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team and with all levels of the organization
- advanced English language skills
- proactive approach
- technical practical sense
