Electrical Supervisor

**Responsabilities**:

- Plan and coordinate electrical installation activities.
- Ensure all necessary materials are available and comply with project specifications.
- Schedule tasks and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Supervise and guide the contractor's, ensuring tasks are performed according to quality and safety standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics to ensure correct installation and alignment of systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical components to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory specifications.
- Monitor the quality of work performed and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Implement and monitor safety practices on the job site, ensuring all team members follow safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Maintain effective communication with Site Manager and Client.
- Prepare detailed reports on work progress, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and equipment used.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during electrical installation.
- Implement practical and effective solutions to overcome technical obstacles.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable local, national, and international regulations.

**Qualifications/ Experience**
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Good English knowledge (Medium-high level);
- Training in the digital tolls;
- 5 years experience in similar task
