- For their operation in Lisbon, we are looking for
- **Retail Backoffice Specialist (M/F)** who can speak fluently
- **the following languagues**:

- Danish***:

- Finnish**
- **Swedish**:

- **Norwegian**

You will be part of a team responsible for giving support to clients in order to help them solve issues related to different kind of situations.**Your profile**:

- Native or fluent in **one of the languagues above mentioned** **with** **English (mandatory)**;
- Previous professional experience in Customer Care (preferential);
- Comfortable with IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Office);
- Resilience skills;

**Schedules**: Monday to Sunday - rotative shifts between 7 am - 10 pm (8h/d) with two rotative days off per week
**Conditions**:

- Work Contract;
- Integration in a company with the possibility to develop your career;
