**Função**:

- Definição da estratégia e operacionalização de ações táticas nas tuas categorias/ desportos
- Contribuição para o aumento do quota online do negócio
- Conhecer o mercado do desporto e desenhar um plano estratégico e de marketing digital em colaboração com o Diretor Comercial do Desporto (Omnicanal)
- Planeamento e previsão de vendas
- Otimização da jornada de compra nas minhas categorias/ desportos
- Construção e implementação do plano comercial anual (ativações comerciais) para as minhas categorias/ desportos
- Monitorização da disponibilidade e acessibilidade do stock em colaboração com equipa Supply
- Implementação de estratégias de web-merchandising para as minhas categorias/ desportos
- Análise das minhas ações no website (“test, learn and improve”)

**Perfil**:

- Formação académica em Marketing, Marketing Digital ou Gestão
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência profissional numa posição semelhante
- Domínio das principais ferramentas digitais/e-commerce (Google Analytics, DataStudio, CMS tools, Similarweb, Medallia, etc.)
- Inglês fluente
- Proatividade, dinamismo e "hands on"
- Boa comunicação e gestão de diferentes interlocutores
- Foco no cliente e responsabilidade
- Espírito de equipa e colaboração
- Visão comercial e estratégica
- Conhecimento sobre as principais tendências de mercado, tecnologia e ferramentas digitais/e-commerce
- Capacidade analítica e "data-driven mindset"
- Gosto por atividade física e/ou desporto
