**What the role is**

This program is meant to assist the Coworking management team at our Navis cowork location in porto, working on the organizing of activities and events held at the location and supporting 360 in the operations and communication. Also, building community within customers and making sure their time in Navis is the best it can be.

**What you will be doing**
- 2 days of operational work assisting the team at the front desk
- Coordinate and promote community-related activities for Navis cowork
- Support cowork with communication needs
- Promote a positive and engaging environment for guests, neighbors, and our staff.
- Host and Supervise Influencers & Events at the location
- Decorate the location with brand-approved materials
- Assist in the sales strategy and benchmark
- Collect and analyze feedback from coworkers
- Support the resolution of guest-related issues
- Advise location management and staff on Brand guidelines
- Assist the sales and marketing department
- Support with sales and private events for our meeting rooms

**What you need for the role**
- Studying Hospitality, Tourism, Foreign Languages or service related careers.
- No experience is necessary.
- English proficient, any other languages are considered a plus
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Be able to provide a college agreement or letter confirming the internship.
- Be able to provide insurance certification.
