**Your Role**:
As a Spanish-Speaking Social Media Moderator, you'll be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content in Spanish-speaking communities. From comments and posts to images and videos, you'll work tirelessly to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere, enforcing community guidelines and policies with fairness and consistency.

**What You'll Do**:

- Monitor user-generated content in Spanish-speaking communities to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Review and assess reported content, taking appropriate action based on established guidelines.
- Engage with users in Spanish to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content moderation, contributing to the evolution of our moderation strategies.

**What You Bring**:

- Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to uphold policies impartially.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for diplomacy and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
