**Missão**:
Planear e realizar estudos de mercado, procurando caracterizar o comportamento do consumidor de saúde, com o objetivo de apoiar decisões estratégicas da empresa, identificando oportunidades de negócio e de melhoria dos serviços e produtos CUF.

**O que faz um Market Research Analyst?**
- Desenvolve o plano anual de estudos de mercado, tendo por base o plano estratégico da empresa e as necessidades identificadas pelas várias áreas da organização;
- Realiza estudos de mercado, desde a fase de identificação de necessidade até à fase de partilha de recomendações com a organização, passando pelas fases de briefing, contratação e análise de resultados;
- Conhece de forma aprofundada o consumidor de saúde e os clientes CUF, as tendências de mercado e a concorrência, através da análise de dados internos e externos;
- Desenvolve uma metodologia ágil e rápida para testes de produto e estudos de satisfação de cliente, com avaliação de resultados num curto espaço de tempo, para apoio no desenvolvimento de produtos e serviços CUF;
- Negoceia com as diferentes empresas prestadoras de serviços de estudos de mercado;
- Controla o orçamento da sua responsabilidade, garantindo o seu cumprimento face ao previsto, alertando sobre potenciais riscos de desvio e propondo alternativas ou planos de correção.

**O que valorizamos?**
- Licenciatura ou mestrado em gestão, economia, marketing, sociologia, psciologia social, data science ou similares (obrigatório);
- Experiência profissional entre 3 anos a 5 anos em funções semelhantes;
- Domínio de MS Excel ou Google Sheets (obrigatório);
- Experiência anterior com Qualtrics (preferencial).
