**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing Cross-Channel Marketing Strategies: Crafting and executing robust marketing strategies that span various channels is crucial. This involves understanding the customer journey across platforms and devising campaigns that engage effectively at each touchpoint.- Website Improvement: Continuous enhancement of the website's user experience and functionality. This requires a blend of technical skills in web development and an understanding of user behavior to ensure the website serves as an effective marketing tool.- SEO Optimization: Leading efforts to optimize search engine visibility and performance for multiple websites. This entails deep expertise in SEO practices, keyword research, content optimization, and an understanding of search. engine algorithms to increase organic traffic.- Team Management: Overseeing a team of cross-functional marketing specialists. This includes guiding the team's strategy and execution across various marketing domains, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- Collaboration and Leadership: Working closely with other team leaders within the organization, such as Customer Success, Product, and Support, to ensure a cohesive approach to market. The role involves significant collaboration and the ability to integrate marketing efforts with broader company strategies.- Budget and Analytics: Developing and managing marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI. Utilizing analytics to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts on the business's bottom line.- OKR Delivery: Setting and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) on a quarterly basis. This requires a strategic mindset and the ability to set clear, measurable goals that drive the business forward.
