RPA Technical Lead

MUST HAVE: - Knowledge about UiPath and PowerAutomate

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Planning and managing the end-to-end implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects for clients including
- Ensuring RPA projects are delivered with high quality, on time and on budget working with client’s business and IT stakeholders to resolve any roadblocks
- Leading team of RPA developers in a global delivery model and providing coaching/support as required
- Conducting RPA future opportunity assessments through both a business and technical lens WHAT YOU HAVE:

- Expert knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) tools; certification with RPA tools is highly preferred
- RPA operations management (robot scheduling, change control, etc.)
- Experienced in performing current state / future state process mapping and process re-engineering and developing process and solution design documents
- Experience with requirements gathering, providing cost estimations and writing proposals
- Experience with leading development teams
- Experience with.NET, C#, Java programming languages
- Experience with Change Management
- Strong work ethic with the ability to get things done on tight timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Continuous improvement, technological, and "can do" mindset, with an ability to challenge the status quo
- Ability to influence and persuade without formal authority, with the ability to explain complex issues in a simplistic way
- Project management skills and experience
