Lead the Operations Technical programme as to ensure that flight operations technical requirements are continuously reviewed, and all necessary changes are implemented. Guarantee that crew members have access to updated information and provide technical know-how to crew members and flight operations to improve safe and economic operations. Push innovation on technical data development, by leveraging projects and tools to facilitate its use on daily flight operations and vouching for its integration on company planning and expansion, increasing operational efficiency and resilience,

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the revision of the safety critical Operations Manual - Part C, overseeing the implementation of improvements and amendments to ensure regulatory compliance with the national aviation authority, ANAC, and ensure technical support to the revision of all fleet specific operational regulatory and technical requirements;
- Manage all operational activities to obtain aerodrome approval for operations and improvement of airport access, to assess viability of normal operating procedures in terms of approach/landing and take-off phase, and ground handling and operations;
- Identify the need and manage all operational activities for aerodrome inspections to assess their suitability for operations within an aerodrome approval or review where additional information is required;
- Provision of crew and Operations with necessary and updated navigation data and provide technical support to user for any identified issues; liaise with data provider to manage integrity and accuracy of navigation data for safe flight operations;
- Manage the publication of non-fleet specific directives and procedures for crew members, to ensure they have access to relevant and up to date information regarding aircraft operation;
- Provide support and feedback to crew on all flight operations technical related issues encountered during line operations.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's in Aeronautical Engineering

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)**:

- Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospatiale/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent/relevant experience;
- Previous experience as a pilot (preferred);
- Experience in a similar position (Flight Operations Engineering) in aviation industry (preferred);
- 6-10 years of experience within an Aviation role;
- Knowledge of aviation legislation and regulations;
- Knowledge of commercial aircraft operations in Europe.
- Project management skills;
- Good proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluency in business English (written and spoken).
