**IT Solution Architect - Analytics**:
Essity is strategically focusing on the Hygiene and Health business and is driving to enable operational excellence through harmonization and integration of key business processes. To strengthen our capabilities in the Data & Analytics domain, we are searching for an IT Solution Architect - Analytics (f/m/d)

**About the Role**:
At Essity, we strongly believe that in this digital age for a sustainable competitiveness it is imperative to have a strong focus on Data & Analytics cutting across Business Services. We are heavily investing in areas like Data science, Reporting, BI Tools and Big data to meet our Digital transformation objectives. We are looking for a dynamic professional in the role of IT Solution Architect - Data & Analytics to help us in achieving the same.

In this role of IT Solution Architect, you would work across various Data & Analytics Tools, Applications and Platforms. Experience in Microsoft / Azure Domain will be preferred. You would provide best solution guidance and architecture recommendation for various projects and initiatives. This would be considering various aspects like Target Architecture, strategic or tactical fit, Architecture impact, cost, security, value foreseen, functionalities covered and several others. Your focus will be more on having right solution design and industrializing the same.

You feel ownership (and are responsible) for the solutions you are driving, govern them, guide the teams and know how to balance speed and quality in delivery. You are aware about the best practices in Data & Analytics domain and you know the best way to utilize them or you are keen to learn and share your findings with others.

You will be closely working with Data Architect to contribute towards the Enterprise Information strategy; as well as with Application Architects and Solution Architects to share coherent solution architecture vision and learn from each other.

You are used to working with both internal and external partners and suppliers from multiple countries and cultures.

This position is offered with a hybrid working pattern. On the onsite days you will be based at your nearest Essity site.

**What You Will Do**
- Take a leading role in projects or other initiatives to ensure all requirements, including functional, integration, security, performance, quality, and operations are covered
- Responsible to ensure that the architecture requirements for the development, execution, and operations are implemented as designed
- Cooperate with other architects to ensure that the solutions and components work together to meet the objectives and work jointly to ensure collaboration between initiatives
- Lead the IT Architecture analysis, design, and implementation and ensure that guidelines and standards are followed in respective area
- Validate requirements and obtain stakeholder buy-in for architecture designs. Be assertive in driving Architecture recommendations wherever and whenever needed
- Create business cases, narratives and assess architecture impacts for new / changed solutions and present to a broad stake holder group from Business and IT
- Identify and communicate any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas
- Support development of architecture reference architecture, including standards and in management of exemptions
- Actively seek out new technologies and trends and advocate for change within Essity

**Who You Are**:

- University degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline
- Experience in Data & Analytics domain (Data Science, BI Tools, Big Data, Reporting, Visualization Tools, DevOps)
- Knowledge in Target Architecture and Road mapping; Solution design, guidance & governance in Data & Analytics area and Analytics Strategy
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Knowledge and hands-On experience of the Power BI, Azure Data lake, Azure Data bricks, Azure Data factory, Azure Datawarehouse
- Preferred to have knowledge on SAP S4HANA, BW4HANA
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel.
