**The role: Associate Consultant**

Working closely with the commercial and local teams, to ensure technical feasibility assessment and operational implementation guaranteeing best practices to attain channel engagement and business goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Staffing related processes
- Technical feasibility assessment and developing solutions to address business needs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools
- Support on Paid Media strategies
- Competitive Intelligence: Landscape, competitors, new technology
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Follow best practice for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation with the new developments
- Create targeting segments
- Perform quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance
- Provide support to the global and local team by troubleshooting systems, tools, processes, and data.

Role Qualifications
- Project management and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of digital KPIs for Paid Media campaigns, including Social Media, Google Ads, etc...
- Experience in liaising with multiple teams in a multi-country environment
- Experience working with a Marketing Automation Software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Demonstrate analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills, working with large and multiple data sets to process data in the required format for analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language Superior organization and prioritization skills
- Great autonomy and pro-active can-do
