Product Controller

**Your contribution to something big**:

- LeadPlant Radar
- Support and coordination of long-term planning with the Business Unit.
- Validated PPC for Long-term planning, TBP planning and RfQs for all Plants;
- Assess cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget and report to Business Unit responsible the status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with forecasts;
- Cost calculation for new products during quotation, industrialization and after Start of Production;
- Product Calculation;
- Analysis of cost impact on proposed measures by BPS, Engineering teams, and comparison of different scenarios. Track real cost impact after implementation;
- Evaluation of Ratio measures potential for activities in the plant / IPN;
- Support PT Controlling for KPI Reviews and provide insight into the product in the plants, consolidation of Lead type tracking and validation, IDC checks for EVOBs
- Data analysis and deviation analysis of significant cost positions of the monthly business reports, forecasts, plan and year-to-date;

**Qualifications**:

- Able to read and interpret production process metrics, translate it to costs and communicate the results;
- Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines;
- Commercially and financially awareness (knowledge of production process metrics will be valued);
- Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally;
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills;
- Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others;
- Very good knowledge in Excel;
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management or related areas.
