**Your tasks**:

- Ticket handling 1st and 2nd level support
- PC troubleshooting at the office
- Hardware errors
- Software errors
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Support of telecommunication hardware and software
- Installation of software
- Account unlocking in customer systems
- Maintenance and regular tasks
- Inspection of servers
- Inspection of the area
- Stock checks
- Collaborate in IT projects

**Your skills**:

- Fluent in English
- At least two years of professional experience in the field of IT administration
- Experience in the administration of Windows operating systems
- Experience with telecommunication systems and/or in the area of installation & administration of web servers / knowledge of PHP, MySQL.
- Availability to travel at national and international level
- German language skills are a plus
