We are seeking an **_experienced, sophisticated, and fashion-savvy Store Manager for our new HOFF store in the prestigious Amoreiras Shopping Center_**. Ideally, you are a seasoned professional with a background in _premium brands, prepared to become the distinguished face of our brand_. Your role will encompass managing the team, overseeing store operations, and above all, relishing the opportunity to make history with HOFF.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
**Sales Strategy**: Collaborating with the Retail Manager, you will craft an _elegant sales strategy_, accounting for high work periods and seasonal fluctuations, while continuously refining and training in sales processes.

**Customer Experience**: As an ambassador for HOFF, you will _create an unparalleled and memorable customer experience in the store_, discerning clients' needs, guiding their purchases, and addressing any concerns with finesse.

**Team Coordinator**: Your role as a refined leader entails organizing work schedules, conducting briefings to analyze KPIs, and establishing action plans to inspire your team to perform at their best.

**Operations Control**: In collaboration with the head office team, you will oversee replenishment and stock control, ensuring the store is impeccably stocked at all times. Furthermore, you will maintain the store's visual appearance to the highest standards, adhering to established guidelines and ensuring compliance with policies.

**What qualifications are we seeking?**

If you are a poised and sophisticated individual with a proactive and adaptable nature, you have the foundation for success at HOFF. For this position, we will also consider:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree in fashion, ADE, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Experience**: A minimum of 3 years as a Store Manager, ideally within premium brands on Regent Street.
**Language Skills**: Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable, though not a strict requirement.
**Trend Awareness**: An inherent sensitivity for our products and staying current with the latest trends.
**Multitasking**: Exceptional communication and team management skills are essential.
