Estamos atualmente à procura de um **Tender Officer Trainee (M/F/d)** para a nossa equipa interna, que irá colaborar diretamente em processos de _Tendering_ entre Portugal e o _International office_.

**Principais Responsabilidades**:
Como **Tender Officer Trainee**, reportará diretamente ao **Head of Corporate Sales**, e as suas principais responsabilidades incluirão:

- Analisar os aspetos técnicos, administrativos e comerciais dos processos de Tendering and Contract;
- Assistir na execução eficiente de todas as atividades de tendering de acordo com o setor privado e público;
- Apoio na análise das condições do tender para melhor compreensão dos requisitos da proposta e das necessidades do cliente;
- Apoio na gestãodas propostas, garantindo a execução dos processos de tender internacional da Gi Group Holding;
- Apoiar as linhas de negócio da Gi Group Holding para verificar os aspetos técnicos e administrativos da proposta;
- Auxiliar na gestão dos programas de concursos e cadernos de encargos disponíveis em plataformas públicas;
- Elaborar propostas técnicas;

**Requisitos**:

- Habilitações Académicas:
Licenciatura em Gestão, Contabilidade, Matemática Aplicada (ou similar);
- Vontade de desenvolver carreira em ambiente de Consultoria;
- Orientação para resultados;
- Foco na aprendizagem contínua;
- Competênciasde planeamento e organização;
- Fluência em inglês de forma escrita e falada (obrigatório);
- Apetência para novas tecnologias;
- Domínio do MS Office em particular Excel e PPT.
