**Position Summary**

As a New Product Launch Coordinator you will be an active member of our project team, responsible for Production Control & Logistics aspects, playing a crucial role in planning, organizing and the launch of new products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. You will play a key role in reviewing the bill of material, approving & implementing change requests from PC&L perspectives while ensuring a smooth transition from development to market availability.

**Your Role**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans while monitoring the material availability for the current and upcoming production plans.
- Work closely while ensuring an effective communication between program Management, Manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, sales and quality teams in order to ensure alignment and clear understanding of launch & engineering changes
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, identifying critical path activities and potential roadblocks.
- Coordinate the activities related to the sample builds. Receive, review and work with Customer Order Processing team to have all Build Information Forms (BIFs) correctly incorporated in SAP.
- Trigger initial SAP system settings as MBOM, Customer orders, initial production plan in the pre serial phase, monitor new components settings, monitor the Customer Schedule Agreement readiness.
- Escalate the Project Management issues that could disrupt flawless launch activities within Production Control & other functions.
- Active member of CMII change management process - Participate in Tech/Org reviews, approve Change Requests, participate in Change Implementation Boards giving input to the change implementation plan.
- Check and confirm the eventual Excess & Obsolete for each project while ensuring an accurate invoicing to the right project account.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management/International Relations, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Logistics or equivalent; with at least 1 year of experience in a logistics role.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English. Additional language are preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics processes with initiation in SAP or similar ERP system;
- Proficient user of Microsoft office
