Embraer is looking for a **Logistics Lead** responsible for controlling the performance and supporting in warehouse tasks done by Logistics Operators regarding the receiving process, stock management and shipping process.
- Work location is in Beja, Portugal (Military parts and Military base location);
- Portuguese Nationality is required;
- Full time position, ability to work rotating shifts.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- This person will be the local point of contact for customer and the interface within Embraer for any escalation. Interface with: Planning, Contact Center, Warehouse and Supply Chain France, Repair team, Compliance, Tech Reps;
- Stock Management: Control the stock shelf-life items, GSE Calibration and repair on these parts;
- Administrative Role: Manage the schedules, working hours, vacation days of the Logistics team in the OSS in alignment with EMEA Warehouse Manager and implement contingency plans with CRM and Warehouse France teams when required (24/7 support needed);
- Provide reports of warehouse performance (SQDC: 5S, shelf-life, quarantine, stock inventory, etc.) and KPI (SLA adequation) on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to EMEA Warehouse Manager;
- Coordinates with Planning, Contact Center and FR Warehouse the transfer of stock between the OSS and main stock location (Mitry-Mory, FR);

The Lead also needs to be able to perform the standard Logistics tasks in case of need:

- Receive the shipments from Transport Carriers (Intracompany / PT, Returns from Repair);
- Receive parts from the customer directly on site (Cores, RMA, etc.);
- Perform the inspection of parts and documents (invoice, packing list, certificates) prior to receipt in stock;
- Perform parts receipt into SAP after delivery;
- Perform inventory Cycle Count as defined in Embraer procedures, records the results in SAP and communicate deviances to the Lead and EMEA Warehouse Manager;
- Perform the outbound / shipping process of parts ordered by customer within the agreed SLA;
- Record outbound orders pickup events;
- Analyze Core return information and Repair requirements to create Repair Orders and ship parts to Repair Vendors;
- Knowledge and proactivity in Shop Floor Management and 5S control, daily checks and corrective actions.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- High-school diploma;
- Native Portuguese;
- Fluent or Advanced English;
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word;
- People and Process Management;
- At least 3 years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics and/or Customer Relations Management;
- Valid driving license for Forklifts Class I and III is a plus. A training can be facilitated to obtain the license if needed;
- Knowledge of inventory systems and methods;
- Able to work in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning;
- Assignments require thorough knowledge of all possible tasks and responsibilities;
- Due to the nature of the customer, this also requires export control knowledge along with extensive CRM and communication skills to be the local point of contact for customer;
- The position requires handling of Dangerous Goods items (without opening the containers / boxes).
- Ability to understand work and procedures, acting in problem solving, suggesting improvements;
- Ability to multi-task, multi-functional, and a team player;
- Excellent follow-through skills and willingness to take ownership of assignments.

**Informações adicionais**
- Previous work experience in Aeronautics is a plus;
- Technical knowledge in aircraft / aircraft parts is a plus;
