**Requirements**:
Your responsibility:

- Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and identify opportunities for skills development and career advancement.
- Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the areas of responsibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for product/service innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall company objectives.
- Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness, nutrition, and mental balance departments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track divisional performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wellness industry, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners, to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
- Financial Management:

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Division, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and profitability, identifying opportunities to optimize cost structures and maximize revenue generation.

Required qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field;
- Proficiency in English; Knowledge of Spanish will be an added value;
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare industry;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals;
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and profitability;
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders;
- Availability to work onsite or in a hybrid model (Headquarters will be based in Lisbon).
