Field Service Manager

**A Snapshot of Your Day**
You are leading the Field Service Team of more then 10 employees, make sure about employees’ satisfaction as well as business targets in terms of providing service on Siemens Energy equipment. You assign employees for particular jobs withing EU&AF region. You drive and motivate your team every day.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You manage FS headcount within your organization.
- You Coach and develop the local FS team with high levels of team satisfaction and employee retention.
- You build strong partnerships and communication with respective PCCs withing FS global organization.
- You estimate and forecast the workload including short-term and long-term planning both for planned and unplanned outages in Salesforce FS Lightning.
- You recruit required FS headcount considering the demand of the whole region.
- You optimize existing headcount in terms of cross-training of Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
- You ensure utilization, timelines, quality targets are met in terms of all FS activities execution.
- You build good cooperation with PM organization.
- You ensure EHS responsibility of your FS team.
**What You Bring**
- Strong Team Player with excellent leadership capabilities and communication skills.
- Good understanding of our company organization, including head offices and regions.
- 5+ years of personal (preferably hands on) experience in Field Service.
- Experience in leading a team of 5+ people.
- Project Management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of turnkey project set ups and understanding of various implementation concepts are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree college/university in mechanical, electrical engineering, or equivalent.

SE GS EU&AF SO FST ‘Onshore Field Service’ is an integral part of the Field Service & Tooling organization in Europe and Africa. We are responsible to execute and staff Field Service projects within the subregion on GS D, GS C and TI CP products and to potentially support outside the sub region on an ad hoc basis.
