This position is responsible for administering **Business Unit LMS** (Learning Management System), web-based training implementations, translations, and support to trainers and users (students) globally. The training administrator is responsible for deploying new LMS features within the BU (Business Unit), training, and aligning those with the impacted groups. Booking and setting up classrooms (in-person and virtual) are also part of this position’s responsibilities, including direct contact with trainers, STN (regional training managers), and trainees. Strong self-organization, structured thinking, and interpersonal skills are essential to this role.

The position will have the autonomy to take proactive decisions on various processes which will impact the future of training programs, trainers, and trainees of the BU globally.

This position is part of the **BT-CO/MKK** group (**Training and Knowledge Management for business unit Communications**).

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall **_LMS administration_**.
- Extract data and create periodic training reports for MKR (Marketing Managers), MKP (Product Managers), and Regional Newsletters.
- Support Regional STNs Globally (regional training managers).
- Maintain complete documentation about training plans, courses, exams, and content languages.
- Organize material translations/adaptations, implementation, and upload to LMS.
- Participating in training program planning and creation.
- Booking and setting up classrooms, trainers, and training venues in LMS.
- Deploy new LMS features within the BU, including monetization.
- Book classrooms for central training programs and ensure they’re correctly set up.
- Act as a point of contact for STNs, Trainers, and participants globally.
- Resolve LMS issues as they arise onsite and work with MKK central to solve situations in LMS.
- Recommend improvements or new programs.
- Maintain and update templates and good practices for training material development.
- Support Instructional Designers in the creation of online web interactive training modules.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Extensive experience with LMS** (Learning Management Systems) or similar systems.
- Experience in project management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Languages**:English** (fluent).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
- Strong Interpersonal skills to work with different groups all over the globe, to rise priorities, and manage deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 5+ (preferred) years of experience in LMS and training groups administration.
- Instructional Designer tools: Articulate Storyline (not mandatory, but a differentiator).
- Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment (not mandatory, but a differentiator).
