Na Cosentino (cosentino) procuramos um Coordenador de Marketing, responsável pela implementação de uma estratégia definida de marketing/geração de leads, assumindo a propriedade e gestão de uma série de projetos de marketing interessantes em Portugal.

A função envolverá trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de vendas, bem como com as equipes de marketing regional e da sede na Espanha.

Idealmente, esta posição será baseada em Lisboa.

O que você vai fazer

Apoie o Gerente de Marketing com a manutenção de todos os materiais promocionais/de suporte de vendas B2B - incluindo, mas não se limitando a:

- Adaptação do material B2B global às necessidades do mercado local, com um impulso à digitalização.
- Breve e, sempre que possível, crie e mantenha novas garantias para atender aos requisitos locais.
- Trabalhe com a sede para garantir que a biblioteca de conhecimento local seja mantida.
- Coordenar os requisitos, a produção e a entrega de todas as ferramentas de PDV/marketing de varejo em tempo hábil.
- Trabalhe com equipes gráficas, de vendas, logística e operações para gerenciar com eficácia a manutenção das necessidades promocionais. Experiência no uso de programas de design é um bônus.

Planejamento, orçamento e gerenciamento de eventos, incluindo:

- Planejar eventos, reuniões e feiras nacionais identificando, planejando e coordenando requisitos; estabelecer contactos; desenvolver cronogramas e atribuições e coordenar listas de discussão.
- Apoiar os especialistas em showroom estaduais na implementação de eventos específicos do estado, assumindo a liderança e dando o exemplo em nível nacional.
- Gerenciar e coordenar Ações e Atividades DinAmicas nos Centros Cosentino em cooperação com os Gerentes Gerais do Centro Cosentino e o Gerente de Marketing.

Gerencie o calendário de CRM para ANZ, integrando requisitos de comunicação globais e locais, incluindo:

- Execute eDMs nacionais com base no plano de CRM segmentado, apoiando especialistas estaduais com requisitos de CRM, por exemplo. Calendário eDM por segmento.
- Preparar comunicações internas e externas compartilhando informações de marketing e negócios, por exemplo. Vendas Flash, boletins eletrônicos, atualizações de produtos
- Reporte mensal de resultados ao Gerente de Marketing
- Experiências usando Salesforce Marketing Cloud - um bônus.

Apoio a campanhas publicitárias e de mídia social:

- Suporte com briefing e fornecimento de conteúdo necessário para a agência de relações públicas.
- Apoio na coordenação dos requisitos da campanha do Brand Ambassador.
- Apoio na coordenação dos requisitos de materiais das campanhas publicitárias, trabalhando com a sede para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos.
- A experiência de publicidade online / offline é obrigatória.

Gerenciamento de campanhas de marketing:

- Certifique-se de que todas as campanhas de marketing, eventos e patrocínios sejam corretamente registrados e rastreados via Salesforce, ou seja, rastreamento de ROI.
- Coordenar internamente campanhas de marketing de varejo projetadas pela sede (lançamentos de novos produtos, lançamentos de programas, atualizações, promoções especiais, etc., trabalhando com equipes de vendas para garantir uma implementação eficaz e oportuna.

Gerenciar a biblioteca local de estudos de caso e blogs, trabalhando com a equipe de vendas para identificar as principais oportunidades para desenvolvimento de conteúdo.

Responsável por lidar com todas as consultas de marketing via Web, eDMs e outros canais relevantes.

Coordenar e apoiar a gestão dos nossos Programas de Fidelidade para impulsionar e melhorar a retenção de clientes.

Atuar como elemento de ligação central com a sede, implementar uma comunicação rápida e clara de todas as atividades e ferramentas de marketing relevantes, trabalhando com o Gerente de Marketing para consolidar insights regulares de mercado/cliente.

Avalie, analise e forneça relatórios resumidos de consumidores externos, varejistas, arquitetos, designers e cenário do setor para uso pela equipe de marketing e vendas, que podem gerar novas oportunidades de vendas.

O que você precisa para ter sucesso

Experiência profissional:
Pelo menos 2 anos em posição semelhante.

Habilidades e Conhecimento:
Falante nativo: Português.

Alto nível de inglês e valioso um bom nível de espanhol.

Formação Acadêmica:
Graduação em Marketing.

Mestre é uma vantagem.

Experiência em campanhas SEM e PPC.
