Para a filial portuguesa da Dwire, empresa inserida num grupo altamente especializado na produção de fio diamantado para máquinas multifio e monofio, estamos a selecionar um Especialista em Contabilidade. A figura será responsável por:

- Analisar, classificar e registar contabilisticamente informação financeira diversa.
- Conferir, atualizar e organizar a informação documental relativa aos movimentos financeiros da empresa.
- Cooperar no desenvolvimento da análise de diversos indicadores financeiros.
- Cumprir com a entrega das declarações fiscais e contabilísticas nos timings apropriados.
- Compilar, analisar e registar informação financeira conforme critérios contabilísticos vigentes.
- Garantir a exactidão e rigor nos sistemas de reporte financeiro e contabilístico.
- Cumprir prazos de entrega de declarações fiscais e contabilísticas.
- Cooperar no encerramento mensal e anual de contas.
- Consultar, analisar e avaliar peças contabilísticas.
- Executar tarefas contabilísticas e administrativas, organização, execução e controlo.
- Apoiar atividades de controlo de gestão.
- Preencher documentação comercial e fiscal.
- Arquivar documentos contabilísticos.
- Elaborar relatórios de atividade e cumprir reporting estabelecido.
- Interagir com auditores internos e externos.
- Supervisionar e controlar o cumprimento de procedimentos internos.

**Perfil desejado**:

- Licenciatura em Economia, Finanças ou disciplinas similares.
- Pelo menos 4-5 anos de experiência em uma empresa de auditoria.
- Organização e rigor, planeamento e método.
- Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas e gestão de prioridades.

- For the Portuguese branch of Dwire, a company that is part of a highly specialized group in the production of diamond wire for multi-wire and single-wire machines, we are selecting an Accounting Specialist. The role will be:

- Analyze, classify and record various financial information in the accounting.
- Check, update and organize documentary information related to the company's financial movements.
- Cooperate in the development of the analysis of various financial indicators.
- Comply with the delivery of tax and accounting declarations in the appropriate timeframes.
- Compile, analyze and record financial information according to current accounting criteria.
- Ensure accuracy and rigor in financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Comply with the deadlines for submitting tax and accounting declarations.
- Collaborate in the closing of monthly and annual accounts.
- Consult, analyze and evaluate accounting documents.
- Perform accounting and administrative tasks, organization, execution and control.
- Support management control activities.
- Complete commercial and tax documentation.
- Archive accounting documents.
- Prepare activity reports and comply with established ratios.
- Interact with internal and external auditors.
- Supervise and control compliance with internal procedures.

**Desired profile**:

- Degree in Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in an audit firm.
- Organization and rigor, planning and method.
- Ability to analyze, problem solve and manage priorities.
