Our equipment has all kinds of purposes, from helping Formula 1 teams delivering more reliable cars to fighting cancer and even solving mass food production problems through crop science.

Currently we are a team of highly motivated and committed 100 members based in Sintra and we are looking for a Subcontracts Manager to join this amazing team.

**Your Role**
- Oversee the production of equipment and its parts at partner companies, ensuring their quality and delivery timelines
- Foster consensus with internal stakeholders and safeguard Aralab's interests in interactions with external parties
- Analyze and develop new processes in the planning and management of productive activities
- Analyze indicators and seek improvements in the production process

**About You**
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or similar
- +2 years of experience in Logistics/Industrial Sector
- Technical knowledge of products and processes to ensure a comprehensive understanding of purchasing requirements
- Planning and priority management
- Negotiation
