QAe Lead

QAE Lead (M/F) - Lisbon - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains;
- + 5 years of experience - Experience in infrastructure and shared service testing (AD Migrations, Sharepoint Upgrades, etc);
- Experience with SaaS solutions, understanding the challenges that come with trying to test them as they come into our ecosphere;
- Full lifecycle QE management experience;
- Managing off-shore personnel;
- Experienced in stakeholder management;
- Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall, agile-like, etc.);
- Superb communicator: - Good leadership acumen (lead up and down the line);
- Strong stakeholder communicator, particularly in selling QE into projects;
- Good level of English.
