An enthusiastic, strong individual with observational and problem solving skills to guarantee the quality standards of our properties.

**What is your mission?**:

- Help managing portfolio properties of the concerned geographical area;
- Meet and maintain LovelyStay cleaning quality standards, performing apartment inspections and property inventory;
- Assure guests well being through their stay, by guaranteeing quality company standards;
- Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals;
- Ability to perform quick home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, etc);
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team;
- Establish and maintain open and positive communication with suppliers;
**What do we need?**:

- 12th grade minimum;
- Fluency in English (other languages is a plus);
**Soft Skills**:

- Multitasking and Autonomous;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Proactive and Client orientated;
- Organized and Detailed;
- Flexible;
