**COOKS**

What we expect from you:
Ø To participate in the preparation of food in accordance to the business requirements, following menu standards and recipes.

Ø To ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within health and safety standards and to set a good example for personal hygiene and safe working practices.

Ø To ensure that workplace is kept hygienically clean at all times.

Ø To adhere to all control procedures.

Ø To ensure good interdepartmental communication within the various sections of the kitchen for a smooth and efficient operation.

Ø To perform other duties as and when requested by the Kitchen Supervisors

Qualifications & Experience:
Ø Experience in a similar position in 4 or 5-star hotels

Ø Excellent command of the English language

Ø Graduate of a Culinary School

Ø Strong organizational skills

Ø Discreet, efficient and energetic, with pleasant personality

**WAITER**

What we expect from you:
Ø To greet and escort guests to their tables

Ø To present the menu and provide detailed information when asked

Ø To provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction

Ø To make menu recommendations, answer questions and share additional information

Ø To have the knowledge on the different table setups

Ø To understand the basic F&B equipment terms such as mise-en-place, different set-up styles, condiments, dishware, jigger, linen, underliner etc.

Ø To understand the different types of chinaware, silverware and glassware of the F&B operation

Ø To have sufficient knowledge in taking properly reservations with all the important information needed and also handle telephone calls within the department tactfully and professionally

Qualifications and Experience:
Ø Working experience of at least 1 year

Ø High school diploma or equivalent

Ø Excellent communication skills

Ø Very knowledge of English language is a must

Ø Ability to work in a team

Ø Strong organizational skills

Ø A person who communicates well and has a genuine smile

Positive and friendly attitude towards guests and fellow employee

Ø EU citizen or an EU work permit holder

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: 1,000.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warsaw, mazowieckie: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
