**Job Description** Your contribution to something big**:
On your support role on Administrative and Training Project Support you will:
- Support the Training Team in several Training Projects, e.g.supporting our business re-alignment project (FRAME) and analyzing and identifying oportunities of improvment
- Work in a cross-functional and international setup;
- Support young and energetic central training team in Ovar
- Collaborate on the improvement of the LMS (Learning Management System) platform
- Answer customers support questions and assist Business Units on their LMS administration tasks
**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:
- Academic background in Management, Economics, Marketing, or any related field;
- Basic knowledge of Project Management;
- Good technical understanding, with ability to understand and improve complex projects
- Analytical and structured working style
- Good and effective communication and presentation skills
- Active listener, capable of showing empathy towards stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and regions
- Pro-active learner and attitude with a problem solving mind-set
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid foundation on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other Microsoft working apps
- Knowledge in using Project Management and Agile working tools and methods (is a plus)
- Knowledge in PowerBI (is a plus)
