**Position Summary**
For our Nestlé Business Services (NBS) Lisbon Digital and Social Media (DSM) department, we are currently looking for a
**Graphic Producer**. This person will be responsible for the flawless execution of Global Content's Adaptation and Localization as per markets' briefs. The scope of work will be to perform graphic design activities such as elements modification, resizing, reformatting, skinning, among others - always in line with the market's brief and according to existing Brand Guidelines - on assets such as digital banners, videos, Retail Digital Media, Point of Sales material (digital and print). The teammate in this role will work closely with Project Managers as well as the Graphic Production Lead.

Focus will be on performing and delivering creative and graphic design activities, by meeting high quality expectations and respecting standards and Nestlé Brand guidelines for each adaptation requirement.

**A day in the life of...**
- Modifying elements and adapting creativity to brief, context and format;
- Retouching on images to be used to banners, videos, Retail Digital Media, POS material;
- Adapting format/size to the different publishing channels;
- Collaborating with Support team for problem solving and tool improvement;
- Collaborating with the Content Factory Project Manager and Graphic Production Lead;
- Creation of POS, RDM, and Videos by re-purposing exiting masters elements to achieve what is asked in the order form;
- Video editing, as well simple motion and transition effects are recommended.

- Ability to quickly understand brand's positioning through Brand Guidelines;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Creative and innovative production skills;
- Conceptual and design skills;
- Good understanding of Digital, ATL & BTL advertising Assets;
- Presenting and communicating tasks' output to clients;
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat);
- Video editing (Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects);
- Graphic producer experience;
- InDesign/art working skills;
- Proven graphic design capabilities.
