**Job Description** Your contribution to something big**:
In this role, you will manage and optimize material planning and supply chain processes for Bosch and Buderus in Germany, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. For that you will:

- ** Material Planning & SAP Management**: Oversee the planning and flow of finished goods in SAP, ensuring timely availability and efficient stock management;
- ** Supply Chain Optimization**: Analyze and improve key logistics metrics such as availability, inventory, and costs to continuously enhance supply chain performance;
- ** Project Ownership**: Lead Supply Chain Optimization projects, including planning, implementation, and cross-functional coordination;
- ** Sales & Replenishment Coordination**: Align sales forecasts with inventory levels to optimize stock and manage the replenishment process effectively;
- ** Point of Contact for Sales**: Serve as the primary contact for the German sales team regarding product availability and delivery information.

**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:

- ** Education**: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
- ** Experience**: Proven experience in material planning, supply chain management, or logistics;
- ** Know-How**: Strong analytical skills, experience in inventory management, and a keen interest in optimizing supply chain. Good understanding of SAP;
- ** Working Style & Methods**: Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments. Proactive and solution oriented mindset;
- ** Personality**: Passionate about customer success and delivering results. Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement;
- ** Languages**: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German is a plus.
