**THE ROLE**
As a Procurement Analyst in Indie Campers you will be focused on growing our fleet spread across Europe, North America and Oceania. You'll be involved in the processes of negotiation and acquisition of new vehicles, together with keeping track of the most recent market trends in the automotive industry.
You will be joining our Fleet Strategy team in our Lisbon HQ, reporting directly to the Fleet Strategy Procurement Lead.
**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Follow-up and report of the vehicle order portfolio;
- Draft and follow up on contracts, onboarding of suppliers, preparation of meetings and projects;
- Maintain internal planning and reporting tools, as well as carry out forecasts and market analyses;
- Create and evaluate tenders;
- Active monitoring of the performance of the suppliers and partners;
- Ensure internal requirements for vehicles/goods delivery agreements in coordination with the specialist department;
- Support ongoing infleet plan tracking, deviation analysis and development of solution approaches.
- Support in the development and implementation of Fleet strategic initiatives, including new products and vehicles.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- A Degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar;
- Strong business and analytical skills;
- Detail-minded and very good communication skills;
- Dynamic, independent personality with high quality standards;
- You are open-minded during contact with internal and external points of contact and stakeholders;
- Fluency in English is mandatory + other Language skills.
**OUR GROWTH LAB PROGRAM**:
This position is a part of our Growth Lab Program.
**What is it?**
A 3-year graduate program that helps recent graduates to kick-start their career in an international and fast-paced environment.
This program focuses on learning by doing and developing soft and hard skills, whilst being mentored by industry experts.
During this time you'll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Indie Campers' future challenges and work on how to better tackle them as well as gaining a lot of industry knowledge.This program encourages fast growth and a high level of retention, so during the first year, you'll be doing an IEFP Professional Internship and upon performance assessment, you'll join our team permanently.
