**What role will you play?**

As a product owner you will drive all developments around the Global Installed Base platform that captures, enhances, and shares commercial and technical data for a large portfolio of Siemens product families installed and operated worldwide. This platform is an essential component within the RSS service portfolio and a key pillar of its digitalization strategy. Your goal will be to drive the implementation of new functionality in our refactoring programs and ensure that our technology stack remains state-of-the-art and scales up to meet the expanding demand for new services.

In this role you will be part of a global community that is dynamic, cross-functional and fast pace.

You will work in tight collaboration with other product owners, agile team members, product managers, regional business owners and our implementation partners.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving the Product Vision, technology strategy, and product details. Manage the IT-service along the entire product lifecycle
- Functional lead for a service/product, owns the service and is face of the service towards internal stakeholders and external partners
- Represents all stakeholders, manages requirements and expectations in a dynamic and fast developing business and IT environment
- Responsibility for team backlog and their priorities as well as preparation of the user stories and participation in/contributions to the Agile Planning Meetings
- Building and supporting an effective Agile Team and its interfaces (PO, PM, SM, Architect, DevOps)
- Full technical responsibility including planning and forecasting as well as bringing together system knowledge and customer needs
- Managing escalations and performance on a strategic level for operations and project topics
- Alignment and negotiation of SLAs with customer and the track and trace service level; the maintenance of targets, coordination and priorities, service performance communication to businesses about releases etc.
- Ensure compliance of the IT-service in regards of IT-compliance processes, Information Security processes, Audits and Contract management.

**We are looking for**:

- University degree in computer science or related major
- Several years of experience working in an international, agile environment in a leading position
- Knowledge and several years of experience in the SAFe agile framework
- Service management competencies including expectation and risk management
- Strong leadership skills and strong output orientation
- Self-starter with a developed sense of ownership
- Visionary driver and a strong team player

Preferred IT and business competences:

- Experience with installed base (asset) management solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and PowerApps/PowerBI
- Solid understanding of complex and modern IT-architecture landscapes and belonging software ecosystems
- Entrepreneurial competencies, leadership skills, output and value orientation, analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven IT Service Management competencies including expectation and risk management, knowledge about ITIL framework

**Language**:

- English professional level (written & verbal), German and/or Portuguese are a plus
- Strong aptitude in articulating concepts and abstract topics in a clear and concise manner
