At this moment, to help them develop their team in Lisbon, we are looking for a **Credit Chaser**(M/F) fluent either in Dutch or German.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Credit Collections of a group of customers;
- Customer account notes;
- Support resolution of queries;
- Obtain remittances advices.
**What do you need to have?**
- Fluent Language Speaker (English, plus either Dutch or German; other European languages desirable);
- Experience within a Call Centre or similar outsourcing centre;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Great team work skills.
