Our client is a worlds leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. Since its establishment, they have consistently and successfully fulfilled their mission of creating inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains.

**About the project**:
You will be providing services for Polish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.

**Your tasks**:

- Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handling clients' requests: policy changes, cancellations, claims, updating payment details

**What you need**:

- Fluency in Polish (must be at least C1)
- Fluent in English (at least C1)
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**Offer**:

- Salary of 1200€ gross per month
- Access to discounted accommodation provided by the company (if you live more than 100km from Lisbon and want to relocate there)
- Public and private health insurance provided by the employer.
- The first contract for 12 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)

- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal,
- Accommodation in the city of Lisbon
