Accountant (M/F/x) for Accounts Payable

Webasto Portugal Lda. is a business service center for the Webasto Group. These exciting tasks are waiting for you here:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming supplier invoice documents;
- Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
- Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
- Create and update process documentation;
- Liaise and Follow-up with colleagues in plants, purchasing, and other Webasto teams to solve issues with invoices;
- Vendor account maintenance;
- Goods Receipt/Invoices Receipt analysis;
- Management of queries/tickets from vendors and internal customers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in accounting (1 - 3 years), preferably in a shared service environment;
- College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification;
- Working experience with SAP FI, SAP S4 Hana experience is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
- Language skills: fluent in English written and spoken;
- Communication skills and cooperative mindset;
- Ability to handle high-volume of data entry with high level of accuracy.
