Are you passionate about shaping the future of manufacturing processes? Do you possess a deep understanding of the value that Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) bring to manufacturers? If so, Brainr is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our next-generation MES.

At Brainr, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the manufacturing industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the vision and direction of our MES by closely collaborating with customers to understand their needs and pain points. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in driving our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with customers to gain insights into their needs and pain points, providing valuable product recommendations and roadmap requirements.
- Utilize your deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the competitive landscape to drive the development of Brainr's MES product roadmap.
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for market growth.
- Create cost and pricing models, developing strategies to foster market expansion.
- Work closely with our global Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to flawlessly execute strategies.
- Contribute to marketing collateral, including blog posts and other promotional
- Host engaging webinars and user groups, speaking at industry events to showcase Brainr's MES solutions.
- Travel to customer sites both domestically and internationally to build relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production/factories, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to leverage its capabilities to enhance user experiences.
- Degree in Industrial Management Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits and industry events.
- Excellent communication skills that foster productive conversations with customers and internal teams.
- Emotional intelligence to understand customer perspectives and motivations.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
