- Your Role
- Decompose the provisioning orders from BSS, in multiple service activation orders, each targeting a sub-domain of the set-up requested;
- Based on a high-level description of the feature, be able to derive & interpret the different user stories defined in the backlog, in close alignment with the PO;
- Your Profile
- Proven experience in Telco-industry. Basic knowledge about OSS-concepts (CFS/RFS, Service Catalogue/Inventory, Order Management ) with basic knowledge on service platforms (VoIP, FIA, TV), network topologies (Copper/Fiber/SDWAN) is a MUST.
- Proven experience in BPMN 2.0 spec. Knowledge of CAMUNDA (Optimization) and reading the CAMUNDA flows is a plus.
- Skilled in requirements analysis (FURPS+ categorization) covering both functional and non-functional requirements: Functional, Usability, Reliability/Robustness, Performance, + (Legal, Maintenance ).
- Fluent in English.
