**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a robust prospect list of potential large accounts and dealers;
- Initiate and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals;
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of large accounts;
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings;
- Lead the commercial development strategy for large accounts, driving growth and market penetration;
- Actively lead the operational team for the new Dealer to Dealer marketplace;
- Provide valuable feedback to the product team to enhance the marketplace, improve customer experience, and drive results;
- Oversee the overall functioning and health of the B2B marketplace ecosystem including auction strategy and guaranteeing both quantity and quality of the listed stock;
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven commercial experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on remarketing;
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing large deals;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and develop commercial strategies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Proactive attitude in managing the risks inherent to day-to-day activities.
