**What you will do**:

- Tracking and planning for site search and merchandising updates based on pricing, offer changes and available inventory
- Provide search and merchandising updates with respective development, authoring and/or creative teams
- Proactively identifying bugs and gaps in achieving accurate searching and merchandising, submitting and tracking tasks to resolve bugs related to merchandising
- Identifying features needed to support new offers and capabilities
- Identifying opportunities for and coordinating site search and merchandising on Marketing web pages and content
- Review performance data for areas to improve and optimize the merchandising

**What you’ll bring**:

- 4+ Years of experience in Search & Merchandising.
- Strong eCommerce experience required. Preferred experience in large retail eCommerce organizations.
- Experience working with marketing to drive eCommerce merchandising and sales.
- Experience working with pricing, offer, and inventory tools and data.
- Strong background in using data to determine customer behaviors.
- A proactive individual that is a self-starter and takes initiative.
- Strong initiative, proactive, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings, as required.
