Professional (F/m/d) for IT Operational Excellence

As Professional for IT Operational Excellence you will drive the transformation of Siemens Corporate IT by continuously improving the status quo. This includes the refinement of the collaboration between various IT functions to enable a further development in organizational maturity. Along with an overall process improvement you play a key role in our journey to become the best-in-class IT.

**Using your expertise, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing transparency on the operational IT setup and continuously improving it
- Designing and implementing the procedural organization of Siemens IT, incl. roles & responsibilities, incentives and cross-functional collaboration
- Continuing our journey towards a lean and agile working mode
- Driving continuous process optimization with visible and measurable results
- Managing the sustainable improvement in organizational maturity
- Establishing performance management structures
- Engaging with IT leadership to drive acceptance of transformation activities

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Overall 6+ years of experience in a complex environment, working with multinational teams across the world, managing stakeholders and organizations, globally
- Extensive experience and strong background in the field of operational excellence, management and IT consulting and/or strategic IT design
- Lean / agile transformation background and project management experience
- Ability and proven experience to collaborate with senior / top management (consulting)
- Open minded, strong communications and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to work on strategic and operational topics according to business requirements
- Proficient communication in English language (written and spoken)
