**MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS**

**Key Skills**
- Open-mindedness; Ability to accept the changing environment

- Understanding of internet based research and data verification techniques and processes
- Basic understanding of different social media platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive and graphic contents
- Ability to do research and make sound judgment with safety Policies and Procedures in mind
- Ability to execute processes needed to ensure all processes are logged accurately and timely
- Propensity to provide feedback and observations related to task at hand.

**Education and/or Experience**
- At least Bachelor's degree
- At least six months experience in the Business Process Outsourcing
- 0-3 years of experience working as a content moderator role is mandatory
- Proven interest in technology and how it is changing the world of work

**Language Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English
- Berlitz Proficiency in Arabic language
- Berlitz Proficiency in French language

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Content Moderation: 2 years (required)
