Native or proficient French skills (C2)

Advanced English skills (minimum C1) both verbal and written

Solid communication skills - including excellent telephonic conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing abilities

Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with acute attention to detail

A willingness to learn and progress, be an inquisitive investigator and problem solver

High-speed internet connection and suitable conditions for remote work

Providing solutions to customers who require assistance with financial and credit card services

Delivering customer service through telephonic communication

Augmenting customer experience by attentively listening to their requirements and worries, striving for first call resolution whenever feasible

Establishing substantial relationships, addressing customers' queries in a polite, affable, and proficient manner
