Our O&M Business Line is looking for an O&M Project Manager, who will have the following responsibilities:

- Manage an international portfolio of solar plants, ensuring that all O&M works are undertaken in accordance with the contractual scope, efficiently and effectively;
- Prepare the O&M phase jointly with the local O&M subcontractors to ensure an easy and seamless start of the O&M phase;
- Ensure works are organized to maximize performance and safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plants;
- Control and exhaustive follow-up of the contract: communication and meetings with the client, fulfilment of plans, preparation of maintenance plans, monthly reports;
- Ensure the implementation and usage of internal processes, systems, and H&S best practices;
- Ensure the day-to-day interaction between both parties onshore and offshore for the services performance;
- Manages and/ or coordinate external relationships like public authorities, grid operator and others;
- Manages customer relationships and contacts;
- Manages the projects handover between EPC and O&M;
- Coordination, organization, and communication with all parts involved in the contract;
- Interaction with EPC for the reporting and support of Warranty issues;
- Execute the O&M contract within budget and responsible for the Contract P&L.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Electrotechnical Engineering Degree;
- Previous experience in similar functions (preferred);
- Knowledge of maintenance processes;
- Knowledge of medium voltage and power electronics;
- Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- English proficiency (mandatory);
- Availability for regular international travels.
