**Votre Profil**:
Notre équipe de champions du service client continue de grandir et nous sommes à la recherche de nouveaux talents polyvalents et prêts à relever le défi Lovys
- Animé(e) par la dynamique d’une **start-up en plein essor**, tu n’aimes pas t’ennuyer & ça tombe bien, tu ne t’ennuieras pas chez LOVYS
- Empathique et enthousiaste, tu aimes la relation directe avec nos clients et jouer ce rôle de guide et d’accompagnement avant, pendant et après souscription.
- Adepte de la culture du feedback, tu aimes t’impliquer dans ton rôle et a à cœur d’améliorer les process internes et de te faire le porte-parole du client pour faciliter l’organisation quotidienne.

**Que cherchons-nous ?**:

- Une personnalité ayant une appétence pour le service client avec des qualités d’empathie et de bienveillance (_car, oui les besoins de nos clients ne sont pas toujours faciles à satisfaire_)
- Bien que très motivé(e) par l’esprit d’équipe, qui règne au sein de notre troupe, tu es capable de gérer en autonomie tes cas clients de A à Z avec des problématiques et interlocuteurs variés.
- Confortable avec les outils informatiques (Suite office, Teams, CRM...), tu n'as pas de difficultés à évoluer dans un environnement numérique (_et oui, Lovys est une assurance 100% digitale, fini la paperasse _)
- Une connaissance du monde de l’assurance et/ou une expérience dans une start-up sont bien évidemment des critères appréciés, mais c’est aussi avec plaisir que nous te ferons découvrir ces 2 mondes
- Rigueur et Minutie sont tes alliés au quotidien afin de respecter les délais et procédures établies pour certaines de tes missions

Prérequis linguistiques : Nous travaillons pour le marché français et avons besoin d’un profil qui maitrise **parfaitement la langue française, aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral **; ainsi qu’un **niveau courant d’anglais** pour s’intégrer au mixte culturel international que propose LOVYS (_employés français, anglais, espagnols, portugais etc._)

- Un cadre agréable dans des bureaux situés près d’Alcantara entre le Pont 25 de Abril et Cais Do Sodré (_en prime un Rooftop sympa pour les afterworks_)

- Télétravail approuvé (_car se concentrer à la maison, c’est bien aussi _) 2 à 3 fois par semaine ainsi qu’un planning flexible entre shift 8h-17h ou 09h-18h du lundi au vendredi (_Non, pas de travail le week-end _)
